Why Rezlynx

Heritage properties are strange businesses. A listed Georgian farmhouse in the Wolds does not run like a city-centre chain hotel — the room stock is uneven, the seasons are sharper, the owner is usually somewhere on-site, and a good chunk of revenue comes from weddings, shoots, private dining and the occasional literary festival.
